GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Puducherry, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall furnish Form 14 to the Board of Revenue within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Board of Revenue within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Puducherry.
