GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form C to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form C to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
