GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Internal Auditor, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall furnish Form GFR 41 to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 41 to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of goods to the Government is undertaken, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
