GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The business of catering by caterers under the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1977, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Food Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every caterer carrying on the business of catering shall furnish Form E to the Commissioner of Food Safety within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every caterer carrying on the business of catering shall make an application in Form E to the Commissioner of Food Safety within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of three thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of catering is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Maharashtra.
