GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The practice as a company secretary by companies secretary in practice under the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every company secretary in practice carrying on the practice as a company secretary shall furnish Form INC-1 to the Government of Kerala within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every company secretary in practice carrying on the practice as a company secretary shall make an application in Form INC-1 to the Government of Kerala within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the practice as a company secretary is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Kerala.
