GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of excisable articles by manufacturers under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of excisable articles shall furnish Form H to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of excisable articles shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of excisable articles is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
