GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The carrying on of business by a company by companies under the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every company carrying on the carrying on of business by a company shall furnish Form INC-1 to the Government of Kerala within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every company carrying on the carrying on of business by a company shall make an application in Form INC-1 to the Government of Kerala within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of business by a company is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Kerala.
