GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Cantonment Executive Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall furnish Form G to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within three days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form G to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within three days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
