GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Health Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form A to the Development Authority within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form A to the Development Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
