GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form H to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
