GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of property on behalf of an owner by property managers under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of the Authority, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every property manager carrying on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall furnish Form A to the Competent Authority within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every property manager carrying on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall make an application in Form A to the Competent Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of property on behalf of an owner is undertaken, and the Competent Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
