GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Registration with the Welfare Board by buildings worker registered with the Board under the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers Act, 1969, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Welfare Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every building worker registered with the Board carrying on registration with the Welfare Board shall furnish Form 3 to the Corporation within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every building worker registered with the Board carrying on registration with the Welfare Board shall make an application in Form 3 to the Corporation within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which registration with the Welfare Board is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra.
