GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sub-letting of premises by sub-tenants under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall furnish Form H to the Adjudicating Officer within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall make an application in Form H to the Adjudicating Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sub-letting of premises is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
