GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a multi-system cable network by multi-system operators under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Authorised Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every multi-system operator carrying on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall furnish Form VII to the Press Registrar within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every multi-system operator carrying on the operation of a multi-system cable network shall make an application in Form VII to the Press Registrar within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a multi-system cable network is undertaken, and the Press Registrar shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
