GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sale of drugs by licensees under the Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Medical Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee carrying on the sale of drugs shall furnish Form 29 to the Licensing Authority within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the sale of drugs shall make an application in Form 29 to the Licensing Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of drugs is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka.
