GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of animals by keepers of animals within the municipal limits under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Licensing Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall furnish Form G to the Town Planning Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall make an application in Form G to the Town Planning Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of animals is undertaken, and the Town Planning Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
