GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a gurdwara by committees of a gurdwara under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Auditor of Trusts, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall furnish Form F to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall make an application in Form F to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a gurdwara is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
