GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form H to the Government of Rajasthan within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form H to the Government of Rajasthan within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Government of Rajasthan shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Rajasthan.
