GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall furnish Form G to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within three hundred and sixty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application in Form G to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pilgrim lodge is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
