GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall furnish Form A to the Disciplinary Panel within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application in Form A to the Disciplinary Panel within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of sports goods is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Kerala.
