GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The raising of plants in a nursery by nursery growers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall furnish Form H to the Market Committee within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall make an application in Form H to the Market Committee within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the raising of plants in a nursery is undertaken, and the Market Committee shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Punjab.
