GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Service in the Force by enrolled persons under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Provost Marshal, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every enrolled person carrying on service in the Force shall furnish Form G to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every enrolled person carrying on service in the Force shall make an application in Form G to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which service in the Force is undertaken, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
