GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall furnish Form A to the Endowments Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application in Form A to the Endowments Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pilgrim lodge is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
