GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Fishing in a village tank by lessees of a village fishery under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Gram Sevak, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall furnish Form 8 to the Block Development Officer within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of a village fishery carrying on fishing in a village tank shall make an application in Form 8 to the Block Development Officer within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which fishing in a village tank is undertaken, and the Block Development Officer shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
