GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The ownership of a building by owners of a building under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Licensing Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall furnish Form B to the Municipal Council within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application in Form B to the Municipal Council within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the ownership of a building is undertaken, and the Municipal Council shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Gujarat.
