GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pre-school by operators of a pre-school under the Karnataka Education Act, 1995, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Examination Controller, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall furnish Form E to the Commission within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall make an application in Form E to the Commission within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pre-school is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Karnataka.
