GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The plying of a tractor for hire by owners of a tractor plying for hire under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Block Development Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a tractor plying for hire carrying on the plying of a tractor for hire shall furnish Form 3 to the Gram Sabha within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a tractor plying for hire carrying on the plying of a tractor for hire shall make an application in Form 3 to the Gram Sabha within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the plying of a tractor for hire is undertaken, and the Gram Sabha shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
