GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a diesel generator set by owners of a diesel generator set under the Kerala Forest Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Scientific Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a diesel generator set carrying on the operation of a diesel generator set shall furnish Form VIII to the Chief Wild Life Warden within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a diesel generator set carrying on the operation of a diesel generator set shall make an application in Form VIII to the Chief Wild Life Warden within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a diesel generator set is undertaken, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Kerala.
