GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The erection of buildings near a defence work by owners of a building near a defence work under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the commanding officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building near a defence work carrying on the erection of buildings near a defence work shall furnish Form A to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building near a defence work carrying on the erection of buildings near a defence work shall make an application in Form A to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the erection of buildings near a defence work is undertaken, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
