GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Settlement Officer within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Settlement Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
