GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish Form C to the District Authority within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form C to the District Authority within one day, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Gujarat.
