GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of property by auction by auctioneers under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Registrar, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every auctioneer carrying on the sale of property by auction shall furnish Form G to the Stamp Revenue Board within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every auctioneer carrying on the sale of property by auction shall make an application in Form G to the Stamp Revenue Board within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of property by auction is undertaken, and the Stamp Revenue Board shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
