GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The development of plots by owners of a plotted development under the Karnataka Rent Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Adjudicating Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall furnish Form G to the Authority within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall make an application in Form G to the Authority within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of plots is undertaken, and the Authority shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
