GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The export of goods as a trading house by trading houses under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Development Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall furnish Form ANF-4A to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall make an application in Form ANF-4A to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods as a trading house is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
