GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Enrolment as a cadet by cadets under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders... Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Cantonment Executive Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every cadet carrying on enrolment as a cadet shall furnish Form A to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every cadet carrying on enrolment as a cadet shall make an application in Form A to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which enrolment as a cadet is undertaken, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
