GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brewery by brewers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall furnish Form B to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form B to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brewery is undertaken, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
