GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The export of goods by exporters under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating authority, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall furnish Form ANF-3A to the Director General within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application in Form ANF-3A to the Director General within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods is undertaken, and the Director General shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
