GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 7 to the Tahsildar within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 7 to the Tahsildar within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
