GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a clinical establishment by persons carrying on a clinical establishment under the Tamil Nadu Private Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, 1997, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall furnish Form 20 to the Government of Tamil Nadu within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application in Form 20 to the Government of Tamil Nadu within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a clinical establishment is undertaken, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
