GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The management of the property of a minor by guardians appointed by the court under the Maharashtra Regulation of Marriage Bureaus and Registration of Marriages Act, 1998, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Marriage Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall furnish Form III to the Registrar General within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application in Form III to the Registrar General within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of the property of a minor is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Maharashtra.
