GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The letting of premises by landlords under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landlord carrying on the letting of premises shall furnish Form B to the Appellate Tribunal within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every landlord carrying on the letting of premises shall make an application in Form B to the Appellate Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the letting of premises is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
