GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an institution for persons with disabilities by institutions for persons with disabilities under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every institution for persons with disabilities carrying on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall furnish Form II to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every institution for persons with disabilities carrying on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form II to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an institution for persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
