In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Prevention and Control Of Infectious And Contagious Diseases In Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Forest Officer.
