ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by holders of land under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 8 of 1954), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Collector within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Collector within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
