GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Participation in competitions by athletes under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete carrying on participation in competitions shall furnish Form C to the National Sports Board within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete carrying on participation in competitions shall make an application in Form C to the National Sports Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in competitions is undertaken, and the National Sports Board shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana.
