GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The conduct of a competition by organisers under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall furnish Form B to the Government of Telangana within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Telangana within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a competition is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Telangana.
