Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Karnataka Irrigation Act, 1965 (Karnataka Act 16 of 1965); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the said Act, the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
