Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Bombay Prevention of Gambling Act, 1887 (Maharashtra Act 4 of 1887); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
