GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form C to the Charity Commissioner within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form C to the Charity Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra.
