GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of land by holders of land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Collector within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Collector within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Telangana.
